SpiritoZym MAG is an amyloglucosidase enzyme derived from a selected Aspergillus niger strain. It efficiently breaks down both α-1,4 and α-1,6 starch linkages, converting oligosaccharides into glucose. It’s application is after coarse starch hydrolysis, recommended also during fermentation. SpiritoZym MAG ensures smooth, complete fermentation, making it a valuable asset for optimizing production.
