OUR HISTORY
2003
Enartis is born
For over 20 years, the company has been operating in the wine sector, offering numerous innovations and integrated solutions—from products to technologies—to improve the quality, efficiency, and sustainability of production processes.
2020
Our passion for the world of spirits and our deep knowledge of beverage production processes lead us to begin exploring this field. With the support of the Enartis Research & Development team and the dedicated CERM program (Centre of Excellence for Research in Microbiology), we launch in-depth studies on products and matrices, with a particular focus on Whisky, Rum, and Brandy.
2021–2023
A series of application trials on spirits follows, along with collaborations with international universities and distilleries.
2024
Thanks to CERM, we select and validate 6 yeast strains specifically designed for the production of whisky, rum, and brandy. Our expertise in oak aging, developed through years of winemaking, enables us to validate an entire dedicated range for spirit maturation.
2025
Spirito by Enartis is born
A complete range of specialized solutions for every stage of spirit production—from raw material processing to bottling—designed specifically for Whisky, Rum, and Brandy.
